Kerala's Thanneermukkom Gram Panchayat (Alappuzha district) comes up with the 'Umbrella Model' to ensure physical distancing in the outdoors. All you need to do is to carry an umbrella while stepping out.
PS: This certainly doesn't mean you can get rid of the mask. Use it. Stay safe.

Keeping your kid(s) busy during these difficult times, and managing daily life and work could be nerve-racking and quite stressful for the parents. With the schools shut down indefinitely, I can only imagine how many different things parents have to figure out to keep their children engaged without losing their minds.
I am more than happy to share some of my illustrations to be used as colouring pages for your precious little one(s). You can download the blank colouring sheets available on my website (https://doodlebhai.weebly.com/free-downloads.html). You can either print these or use digital tools like MS Paint to have some fun with your kid(s). Let them fill up the sheets with bright colours. Let them go crazy with their creativity and imagination. I'm indeed privileged, having the luxury of locking myself inside my home and continuing the office work (and getting paid too!!). Not all have that option, especially the daily wage earners and casual labourers. Truly a difficult time for them!!!
In here, I have tried to portray my experiences regarding the concept of "Work-from-Home". It's definitely a great idea, and more importantly, need of the hour, if we want to survive the ongoing pandemic. However, it's not without its own set of challenging moments. We Indians are known world over for our intellectual prowess, warmth, hospitality, rich culture, etc. But one thing where we need to up our game is following clear instructions, and trying to keep our mindless optimism in check, which gets the better of us.
22 March 2020's instructions were loud and clear: stay indoors, avoid contact with outsiders, and acknowledge the brave efforts put in during these difficult times. Somehow, many failed to comprehend such complex directions, and proceeded to do what we usually do best: take to the streets and create a ruckus!!! The only thing we perhaps have achieved is that we have made the tasks of the people (doctors, nurses, municipal staff, police, maids, and others), who are putting in such a brave fight in containing the spread of the virus, even more difficult! Funny (and morbid, according to some) take on the mass cancellation of events/trips that's been happening since the beginning of March 2020 in the wake of the virus outbreak.
On a personal note, I was totally heartbroken when the World Bank cancelled this year's "Land and Poverty Conference" in Washington DC. Thought I missed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. However, given the current circumstances across the globe (especially in the West), I'm glad they did. Better be safe than sorry. Washington ain't going anywhere. Follow these simple steps to prevent/minimise the spread of the virus, in case you are not carrying something to cover your nose and mouth.
